• The limited warranty starts from the day the customers receives the product.

• This limited warranty is only in India and the product is not eligible for any international warranty.

• Nextacon may conduct diagnostic test on customer's product to identify the cause of failure/ defect.

• During the warranty period , if any defect is inspected and confirmed , free replacement service shall be provided.

• Nextacon will determine whether a product is "out of warranty. repair of out of warranty products shall be separately quoted by Nextacon and respective service . shall be provided upon service fee payment.

• In case of void warranty seal , no free service will be provided
